Wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, any other wheeled aid, crutches, canes, and any other similar devices can be used at Riverboat Discovery & Gold Dredge 8.
Guests will be accommodated with wide ramps, designated areas for wheeled aids, handicap-accessible bathrooms, and employees for assistance.
Registered service animals are accepted.
On Discovery boats, those requiring assistance will have access to a designated area on the first deck, with TV monitors with live footage of tour, and full accommodation from staff. There is no escalator or elevator.
At the Chena Athabascan Village, our guided walking tour, the paths with have hard packed dirt; accessible by wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, any other wheeled aid, crutches, canes, and any other similar devices.
Our trains are equipped with ramp access, a designated area on train cars for all aids, and TV monitors with live footage of the tour. There will be ramp access to the bottom level of Gold Dredge 8. The gift shop and panning area are fully accessible.
